CapStack Partners not only helps secure the necessary funding but also determines the most optimal capitalization structure.
On a select basis, EQUIS Residential/CapStack Partners will principally provide debt and equity to facilitate a client transaction. We directly originate permanent, bridge and mezzanine financing, and make preferred and common equity investments. EQUIS Residential will consider most markets and assets throughout the United States and Canada, though we are mostly sponsor driven in our funding decisions. By principally investing, we are able to offer our clients further value via swift transaction execution and stronger alignment of interests towards our shared success.
